Oiti Mountain

The family Dousikou has created a holistic environment in Central Greece. Here it is possible to observe the harmonic coexistence between culture and nature based on the protection of traditional fruit trees, treating them as living monuments, or the cultivation of local vegetable varieties looking for sustainable food systems in a place that is full of memory (the Thermopylas Battlefield is part of this environment and Heracles ashes were spread on the top of the mountain). Food and sustainable farming are vectors of meaning and imprint this cultural landscape with tradition and vitality.
